Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
October Special Town Meeting
Hanson Middle School
October 2, 2006
Present: Christopher Colclough , Mark Gallivan, Jesse McSweeney, James Armstrong and James Egan. Also present Town Administrator Michael Finglas, Executive Assistant Meredith Marini and Town Counsel Rich Bowen.
7:05 p.m. Chairman McSweeney called the meeting to order. The Board discussed the DPW Special Act. Attorney Bowen explained the procedure required in the event a motion was made to amend the article.
7:12 p.m. Brief recess
7:30 p.m. Reconvened – The Board further discussed the DPW article. The Board agreed to move forward with the article as it is posted.
MOTION by Egan, second by Colclough to adjourn to Town Meeting. Voted 5 – 0
7:32 p.m. Adjourned to Town Meeting.
